E2E responsibility for all external online comunication including social media, display, PPC and emailing campaign and responsibility for sales and marketing of all O2 products and services on on-line channels covering:

- definition of selling arguments and their implementation to online campaigns

- creation of communication plan and campaigns, their execution and evaluation

- analysis of campaigns performance and product usage

- management of 9 teams members – 3 communication specialists, specialist junior social media specialist, 2 web analytics, senior graphic, senior art director

- Cross functional co-operation across the company including segment mrkt, product mrkt, GoToMarket, CRM + CVM, internal communication and PR, sales/care channels.

Budget responsibility (tens of millions CZK).

Representing Online team at CEO level regular commercial meetings.
